A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns. Special Order Non-Stock and Electrical items are non-returnable. There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all parts accepted for return. All Parts accepted for return must be in original saleable condition and in the original container. Used or installed parts cannot be returned. No Returns on Electrical parts as these are non-returnable items. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. Return requests need to be authorized within 30 days of invoice.
