WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 7 1/2 inches high by 4 1/4 inch wide at base. G RUGGERI etched on the bottom back. No cracks, chips, dents, gouges or stains. I find very few light surface scuffs commensurate with light handling, cleaning and storage.
