All Electrical parts must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging. All returns require an RGA# & must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returns without a RGA# and/or beyond 30 days may be refused and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If an error is made on our part, we will cover the return shipment and re-shipment of the correct product. If you are returning an item on your own, package the product accordingly to prevent damage. If the product being returned is damaged, it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle the damage claim with the carrier he/she chose to ship with. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of being processed and may take 3-5 business days to post to your account. Cores: Core returns are to be returned within 45 days of purchase. Cores must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging they came in to receive full core credit. Buyers are responsible for core return shipping.
