This is an Arnart figurine entitled Children’s World. It was designed by Erich Stauffer. The tag says “Completely hand made & hand painted”. It sits on a wooden pedestal but the glue is no longer holding it. It if free from flaws. These Stauffer creations are said to be Hummel rip-offs. I thought it was cute. The original box is long gone.
