Ex Jack Stallings of Virginia Beach, Virginia (co-author of “Who’s Who in Virginia Archaeology”), ex C.J. O’Neill of Charlotte (now Monroe) North Carolina . I sent it to John Berner , and he gave it his verbal opinion as good. The Big Creek was found by L ee Adams, who was from Monett, Missouri. Mr. Adams hunted from 1929 to 1958. He wrote many articles and had some of his relics pictured in the Missouri State Archaeological Bulletins in the late 1940’s – early 1950’s. The point was sold to Roy Hathcock of West Plains, MO. in 1997. Then it was sold to C.J. O’Neill of Monroe, NC. I bought this piece from Mr. O’Neill and sent it to the AAI / John Berner for his verbal opinion. The Buck Creek was from the Tim Pafford collection of Dover, Tennessee. He sold it to Tom Davis of Stanton, KY. I bought this piece from Mr. Davis and sent it to AAI / John Berner , who typed it and said it is good.
