Enesco Imports Wild Life Refuge Fine Stoneware Tea Set, Includes 5 Cups and Tea Pot with Lid This gorgeous Enesco Imports set was produced in 1978 in Japan. This line ran from 1970 to 1979 to raise awareness of the National Wildlife Refuge system in the U.S. which was being expanded to cover more areas and more species. It was also being used to create awareness for the endangered species act. There are colorful of fish, ducks, owls, and butterflies and the cups, and fish on the tea pot. Tea pot has a woven wood handle, a strainer on the inside of the pour spout, and a vented pot lid. It is made from fine stoneware…although preowned I don’t feel it was ever used, looks brand new and is in pristine condition with no damage that I can see
