Chrome-Plated or Chrome-Clad wheels will NOT be accepted. Core Deposit will be collected, in addition to the wheel price, and must be paid before we ship the wheels. A separate invoice will be sent for any exchange purchases made online (e.g., eBay, website). Shipping charges cover BOTH directions. Your new wheel(s) will include return label(s) for sending your old wheel(s) back. All wheels will be inspected upon arrival. Any necessary repairs to make a wheel resale-ready will result in charges being deducted from the Core Deposit. Wheels that cannot be repaired will lead to a deduction of 100% of the Core Deposit for single-wheel exchanges or 25% per wheel for four-wheel exchanges. Our warranty covers the Surface Area of the wheels which is defined as any area that is visible when the wheel is mounted on the vehicle. We guarantee that our wheels will be round and free of cracks upon delivery and will cover any returns if notified within 30 days of delivery. Tires have a manufacturers limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tire manufacturers control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship.
