Nice collection of rare and hard to find stoneware by Dansk. Great for filling in an existing collection or beginning a new one. I have been unable to find any information regarding the BLT line, other than a website claiming this specific shape with this specific glaze was made for American Express… but there is no clear substantiation of this claim. The shape matches the BLT shape that utilizes other glaze colors, and this set also has those “little brown flecks” as described above. It is also a mystery when these were made. My guess is anywhere from the late 1970s/early 1980s through the very early 2000s (but likely the early 21st century). This is quite a large gap in time, but there are no other indicators pointing to a closer time period. All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, flea bites or imperfections. May be faint utensil marks on plates/bowls but hard to detect. There are two sugar bowls and two creamers—two pieces have rimmed bottoms and the other two do not (please note photos and descriptions to identify which are which.).
