This universal reel easily mounts directly on any tube or rail spear gun using the supplied universal gun mount. The smooth clutch style drag on this reel can be adjusted for just about any desired tension required and can be easily adjusted during use through its ergonomic easily accessible star adjustment knob. The dovetail sleigh hook system to the gun is placed so that the use of the different line-releasing devices is guaranteed, including the mechanical one activated by the trigger.
