You have 30 days to return items from the day you receive them. After 30 days, we can’t accept returns. If you return an item in a condition different from how it was originally sent, we will only provide a 50% refund. UNDELIVERABLE / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES / REFUSED PACKAGES Deal Ninja does not cover shipping expenses for orders returned by the carrier marked as undeliverable or insufficient addresses. Once the carrier returns the order, we will issue a refund. However, any return shipping costs that we have to pay will be subtracted from the refund.
