We have a very high turnover of product, with most products being in our inventory only 1-2 weeks at the most. Therefore, you can always be certain you are receiving fresh and delicious candies. Returns Returns In the event you receive a package of candy, and you need to return the candy to us; we are able to accept the return only if the heat seal bag and/or packaging has not been opened. We are unable to accept return of food items if the heat seal packaging has been opened. Upon receiving return of the candy in its original unopened packaging, we will process a refund for the purchase price only. The cost to return the candy to us is the responsibility of the customer. There are times when we receive requests to accept return of candy items because the customer does not enjoy the taste of the candy. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for candy which the customer does not prefer the taste of a particular candy. As we all know, each manufacturer of candy uses different ingredients to make their candies. For example, there are several manufacturers of gummi bears; each having different ingredients, textures, and tastes. Each of our product listings will indicate the manufacturer of the candy. We package our candies in approved shipping boxes, and include packaging materials to ensure your candy has a safe trip through the delivery system.
