For sale is your choice of length of BELDEN #8232 triaxial multimedia cable, left behind in the electronics components inventory of my late father, which he kept stored in a smoke-free home. He was a radio and other electronics serviceman for much of his life, and he always kept a good inventory of spare and replacement parts on hand, for speedy service calls, for sale to customers (some used pieces for a bargain), and for his own projects. We have 3 lengths of this cable, some already with connections (read descriptions). None have been tested, but I imagine he would not have kept bad pieces in his inventory. I have had very good feedback on supplies from this inventory. Fortunately, Dad left us a good “library” of catalogs to help us with descriptions. Here’s what we found on this cable: This Belden audio cable is an electrical wire used for multimedia and lighting automation and is safe for indoor use. It is also known as audio wire, instrumentation cable, analog cable and video cable. It has a 20AWG solid 0.032″ bare copper conductor, gas-injected foam HDPE insulation, bare copper braid shields (95% and 85% coverage) polyethylene jacket. It has RG59/u type double shield. The AWG and stranding material is #20 solid base Copperweld. Insulation is cellular polyethylene. There are 2 base copper shields. The nominal outside diameter is 0.315 inches. Nominal impedance 75 ohms, nominal velocity of propogation 78%, nominal capacitance 17.3 mmf per foot. 100% sweep tested. Here’s what we have: 69 Feet: This piece of cable has AMPHENOL DAGE95712 30579-1 female connectors on each end. 60 Feet: This piece of cable has AMHENOL 83-1SP, 74868, PL-259, 49190 male connector on one end only 27 Feet, 3 inches This is just cable, no connectors I hope that this is cable that you can use, or would simply like to have at a good price, just to keep on hand in your electronics hook-up components.
