This is a very neat Casablanca Wilderness Ceiling Fan. This fan is VERY heavy and needs to be installed on a fan rated electrical box. With this being an older unit, it does have a few scuffs on the motor and the fan blades. But nothing too noticeable once the fan is installed. It may also need to be balanced once installed. This unit has been tested and works exactly as it should and will come to you 100% complete will all parts required for installation and operation. The remote is brand new and comes with the wall mount.
