Carta Mundi is one the biggest playing card manufacturers in the world. Among lots of other products they supply the European market with Magic cards. For a special occasion they printed about 200 poker decks, using standard Carta Mundi playing card layouts and standard Magic backsides and handed them to Peter Adkison, at that time Chief Executive Officer of Wizards of the Coast, as a gift when he visited them at their headquarters in Belgium. The decks consist of 52 standard playing cards plus 3 jokers for a total of 55 cards.
