Cosmetically it has some dings and scratches, which is normal items like this. These may have been used on a boat, most of the exposed metal pieces (particularly the screws, the rivets holding the case together, as well as the latch on the carrying case) have some surface rust. The lens caps on the eye pieces are missing. Overall condition and any defects are visible in the pictures, what you see is what you get, so please be sure to take a close look at them prior to purchase. Very nice item .
