This is a completely rebuilt Casablanca Belair Halo ceiling fan in the brushed nickel finish. This fan got brand new bearings, a brand new old stock Intelatouch board, and this fan also got a cast aluminum flywheel as well. So it will likely never have a wobble. The only thing you may notice with this fan is that it may have a little bit more motor noise on the higher speeds with the cast aluminum flywheel. That depends more on the electrical box in the ceiling more than the fan itself. I have installed these rebuilt Casablanca fans before with the cast aluminum flywheels and have experienced 0 motor noise. This fan has been tested since its full rebuild and works exactly as it should. There are a few very minor scuffs on the blades, but nothing noticeable once installed. This fan will come to you 100% Complete with all parts requires for installation and operation. This includes its W-32 wall control required for operation.
