Gorgeous Black Opal and White Gold Brooch. The Opal has a great play of colour, predominantly blue green, with flashes of orange. The stone in its setting measures 2.3x 1.5cm. The Opal is a triplet meaning it is backed and it has a coating material applied to protect the stone from damage. Marks: The back of the brooch is marked ‘10K’ for 10 carat gold.
