Each model has friction elements of different diameters ⭐ Before placing your order, please contact me and specify which Bison model you have. ⭐ How to replace friction elements correctly: 👉loosen the retaining ring 👉 Unscrew the sleeve with the handle 👉 Press the corner of the metal plate with a hard object, such as a screwdriver, and remove the plate from the sleeve 👉 Using a screwdriver or nut, remove the friction element from the sleeve 👉 Insert a new friction element, close it with a metal plate, tighten the sleeve with a handle. ⭐ These clutches can be used in Bizon purchased before 2014 only after the simulator has a simple procedure: 👉 To do this, the simulator should be dismantled, clean the balls of the handles (sandpaper No. 0) to a smooth state (removing the roughness on the ball). In the power trainers (Bison-1 and Bison-2 and the entire Bison “Special Forces” series) there are friction elements inside. They are designed to create resistance when rotating the arms of the simulator, providing a smooth rotation. The friction clutches are made of dense polyurethane and wear out over time. If the handles of your simulator have lost the smoothness of rotation or the usual resistance has disappeared, check whether it is time to replace the clutches.
