Barbour Tummel Quilted Jacket size 16 Purchased in February 2024, I have only worn this coat a few times. Washed once. In really good condition It’s size 16 but it’s very fitted and I’d say more like a 14. Underarm to underarm approx 21/22” Just too tight for me to wear over a jumper.
