If the cylinder you purchased from us fails for any reason that is not related to improper installation, tuning, break-in, lack of maintenance, or abuse we will either have it REPAIRED OR REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. The cylinder must be sent back with proof of purchase for inspection by us and Millennium Technologies ( NO EXCEPTIONS ). The warranty is for the cylinder only. No other parts nor any labor are included. The warranty cannot be converted to a discount or refund, nor will a reparable cylinder be exchanged for a new one. The warranty applies to the original owner of the cylinder only. The warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break-in, maintenance, or misuse.
