Customers can install APP of program on the Android system tablet or mobile phone by scanning QR code. 2. Test pressure of urea pump, injection of urea, components of urea pump. Display diagnostic data and performances, give fault reasons and solution methods. 2. Control the urea pump pipeline to empty the air, build pressure. 3. Control the urea pump to perform the pumping function, and pump the urea solution in the urea pump and pipeline back to the urea tank. 4. Control the urea pump to complete the four working states of pressure building, pressure maintaining, injection and emptying the pipeline. 5. Control the urea pump and the urea nozzle to spray according to the default injection volume. 6. Manually set the injection volume and time. After setting is completed, can control the urea pump and the urea nozzle to spray according to the set injection volume, which is convenient for measuring the urea injection volume right or not. 7. Test the condition of the heater inside the urea pump, check whether the heating circuit of the urea pump is complete. 8. Drive the urea pump motor to work independently, check whether the urea pump motor is running normally. 9. Drive the reverse valve independently, check whether the reverse valve is operating normally. 10. Drive the air valve independently, check whether the air valve is operating normally. 11. Drive the nozzle independently, check whether the nozzle is operating normally.
