Semiautomated Heat Staker with SMC CXSM32-75 airslide, Watlow 932a heater controller, 200W heater element, Omron H5CX-A timer, Continental RVDA/6V25 SSR and its own pressure regulator. This unit has a sliding platen. Two hand no-tie-downs work together to initiate press process. Timer can be set and referenced real-time outside its enclosure. Proper operation verified by me personally on 2/5/2021. Dimensions: Slide dimensions 5″ deep by 5 1/4″ wide. Slide manual with detent on either end, with travel of 2.75″. Overall dimensions: 16″ x 16″ x 19″ Weight is 47.6 lbs. This is a huge bargain for anyone who has small heatstaking or press needs for plastic parts, or who is willing to do the upgrades required for larger capacity. I am happy to answer whatever questions you may have, to the best of my ability. I am happy to package the heatstaker securely for shipment and engage in reasonable legwork to make it happen. However, buyer must actually do the arranging for shipment, lest postage become a major expense. 7-day inspection for refund, return shipping is responsibility of buyer.
