QQ150 argon arc welding gun: Applicable to TIG160 TIG200 / TIG250 WS160 / WS200 / WS250 argon arc welding machine, before buying, please confirm that the plug and gun type is correct after purchase Preparation stage: 1. Prepare argon gas: Install argon gas bottle and connect it to the gas inlet of the welding machine to ensure that all connections are tight and no leakage. 2. Connect the equipment: Connect the argon arc welding gun, gas interface, cable quick connector and control connector to the corresponding socket of the welding machine. 3. Grounding: Ensure that the workpiece is reliably connected to the positive (+) terminal of the welding machine through the welding ground wire. 4. Power connection: Connect the power supply of the welding machine and check the grounding reliability. Setup phase: 1. Select the welding mode: Select the AC (AC) or DC (DC) welding mode according to the welding requirements. For most metals, DCEP (Direct Current Electrode Positive) is the common setting. 2. Adjust parameters: Set the appropriate welding current, voltage, and gas flow. The current size should be adjusted according to the thickness and type of welding material. 3. Tungsten electrode preparation: Use appropriate tools to sharpen the tungsten extremum, keep it clean and oxide free. Operation stage: 1. Start welding: Turn on argon, adjust to the correct flow rate, and then start the welder power supply. 2. Preheating: Before starting welding, the welding area can be slightly heated to remove surface oxides and dirt. 3. Welding process: Maintain the appropriate distance between the welding torch and the workpiece, the general recommendation is 2-4 mm. Maintain a stable welding speed and Angle while adding filler wire (if needed). End stage: Power off: After welding is complete, first turn off the welder power and then turn off the argon supply. Cooling: Allow the torch to cool naturally and do not immediately touch any hot parts. Cleaning: Clean the working area and check the quality of the weld. Note: Safety: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including protective glasses, face mask, gloves, and protective clothing. Avoid contamination: Ensure that the welding area is clean and free of oil and impurities. Gas protection: Argon gas protection is provided continuously during the welding process to prevent oxygen and nitrogen in the air from polluting the weld pool. Current adjustment: Depending on the actual welding effect, the current may need to be fine-tuned to obtain the best welding quality.
