Offered Here is a wonderful Antique Haviland CFH, Charles Field Haviland Covered Lidded Tureen in the gorgeous Moss Rose pattern. This oval tureen spans 13″ handle to handle and is approx 7″ in total height. The deep bowl is 9 1/2″ by 6 1/2″. The Moss Rose Flowers are gorgeous and this covered soup tureen is banded with orange yellow bands (not the more modern gold bands) It is embossed on the bottom CFH and a number 2 and 71 at the rim. This lovely tureen dates to the 1870s. There are no chips, cracks, stains or crazing and it has been very well kept. A gorgeous heirloom serving bowl to add to any collection and use.
