Apparently highly praised, appreciable high tech of the time & as reflected by the efforts put into preserving it in this ornate display, it does show some signs of age, wear, chips along edges, tiny imperfections, patina. Very old but well preserved… Evident to have been framed at a business referenced by an archived Directory of Bellafonte as: Picture Framer: Eckenroth & Montgomery: 11 W High: Bellafonte, Pennsylvania either on or relatively near the date of September 14, 1902!
