Seeds of these wonderful Alcea rosea Chater’s Double Yellow 6 foot tall biennials hardy in zones 3-9. This is a real showstopper when viewed from afar. The neighborhood will be astonished by this beauty. No pre-treatment necessary, just sow seeds just below the soil surface at 70 degrees and water. These double blossoms are in many shades of the deepest maroon/brown color. These are biennials that bloom in July-September in full sun and reseed readily for next year.
