I am selling fountain pens and pencils recently acquired. Selling as is as found. For auction is a vintage Aikin-Lambert Capital Cabinet 99 Fountain Pen that measures approx. 5 1/4″ long. – I believe the pen is a Brown Chased Hard Rubber BCHR with a dull silver pocket clip. Clip is stamped Pat’d Sept 25.06? with A.L. Co. Clip looks like it may have a slight upward bend but not sure if that is original. – Condition is used but still looks good with wear from age and use but without any notable cracks (there is a short crack in the cap starting at the lip), chips, nicks, notable scratches or personal engravings. – Cap is stamped Capital Cabinet 99 Aikin-Lambert Co. N.Y. The cap tightens down onto the section threads. – The gold Nib does not appear to be damaged with both tines intact and with tipping visible. The nib feels semi-flexible to me. Stamped 14 KT A.L. Co. Pen will require restoration. Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description. Please ask questions in time for a proper response.
