Welcome to the African Violet Cottage ! – I am a hobbyist African Violet grower who has been raising African Violets for many years. Starter plants might have buds, but most often will not. Standards are grown in 2.5-3 inch pots. Miniatures, semi-miniatures, and micros are grown in 2 ounce solo cups. All my plants are treated for pests and disease. – If you have a problem with your order, please message me within 24 hours with photos of the problem. I cannot replace or refund for a few broken leaves or spilled soil. Search online for how to pot African Violet leaves, and you will grow more plants! I also cannot replace or refund if you repot your plant. Shipping cannot be refunded as I have no control over that. Please give your starter a week or so to acclimate to your home environment before repotting. Most will have been repotted within the last 2-4 months and won?t need repotting for a few months. Use a 50% peat moss and 50% coarse perlite mix or a commercial African violet mix 50% and 50% coarse perlite. Your African Violets will love you. Additionally, I cannot guarantee that colors will be exactly what is described, as the starters have not flowered yet.
