This was my teenager’s laptop and it quit working. There is normal wear and tear on the case, but no visible cracks. 1 screw is missing from the bottom out of 12. I removed the SSD, so there is no drive in it, but everything else is as it was when purchased. AC adapter is included, but it won’t run the laptop currently. This series of laptop won’t run off AC only if the battery is bad. I don’t know what’s wrong with the computer. Selling as-is for parts/repair. No returns/refunds.
