It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect and test this item for functionality and confirm that it is suitable and safe for installation. 7.) By purchasing this item, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of the sale and releases Maine Industrial Supply Company, LLC from any and all liability. 9.) It is the Buyer’s responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of this sale and the nature of the items offered and bid accordingly. Please see pictures for further description. Return Policy: 1.) Buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return. 2.) A return can only be authorized if the item is in the same new condition as sent, OR if the item fails an initial test conducted within 30 days and prior to final installation. 3.) DOMESTIC RETURNS: Returning a new item as sent – The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges outgoing, and all return shipping charges. 3A.)Returning an item that fails initial testing within 30 days (Dead On Arrival) and prior to final installation- Seller will pay for outgoing and return shipping. 4.) INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Buyer pays for shipping/customs charges outgoing and returning in both cases (See Statement 2). Refund- 1.)If a return is authorized, a full refund for the total purchase price and applicable shipping will be issued pending an inspection by the seller to confirm condition of the item. 2.) A refund will not be issued if a returned item (returned as a new item), shows signs of installation or modification. 3.) Dead On Arrival (Domestic) returns will receive a full refund including outgoing and returning shipping charges. 4.) Dead On Arrival (International) returns will receive a refund for the purchase price (less outgoing shipping/customs charges). BW-03-A
