RETURN POLICY All components may be returned within 30 days after customer receipt unless under warranty and not classified as “Non-returnable” (see below). Always call IMS Customer Service at 856-662-1770 to determine return procedure for any damaged, repairs, replacements or warrantied components. All unwanted components may be subject to a restocking charge of $15 or 25% (whichever is greater). Special Note: All international sales are final and non-returnable. WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE? Components designated as NC/CR (non-cancellable / not returnable) Components that were in clearance or had special promotion. Components that have been used, installed or have been damaged by customer usage. Components that have been sold as partial counts or incomplete packages (broken packages). WARRANTIED COMPONENTS All components under warranty will be evaluated by the manufacturer to determine if replacement/repair is required. WHERE TO RETURN You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days after receipt of the component. Please do not return unless an RMA has been approved and issued by IMS. Please ensure that all components are returned in their original packaging. CREDIT ISSUANCE Credit will be provided within 3 days once the returned product is received, inspected and approved by IMS.
