Buttercrunch Lettuce forms open, but tightly bunched, fan-shaped, soft, green, leaves that wrap and curl around a loose inner head of interior leaves. You will be able to harvest 6 inch rosette heads which yield leaves that are delicate, yet strong enough to roll into lettuce wraps or use on burgers. The buttery tender leaves go great in a mixed salad along side a sturdier green like Giant Noble Spinach . Buttercrunch Lettuce is a vigorous grower.
