Mountain Arnica – Arnica montana Best grown in high elevations. This clumping form has long sturdy stalks and is considered a botanical wonder. Large flower heads, rich bloomer, healthy growth. High flower crop yield and required ingredients, good essential oil content of root extract, fulfils all medicinal standards. Soil & Water: Prefers moist, acid soil in full sun. Maintain evenly moist until germination. Planting & Growing: Sow by pressing into seedbed that is evenly moist. Keep bed misted to moisten and cool for the few weeks needed for germination.
