Registering Your Warranty For most units, a licensed professional must fully install or inspect the equipment, including initial start-up. Following completion of the first start-up, the professional will issue a dated installation invoice detailing the models and serial numbers of the equipment. Additionally, many manufacturers require product registration within 30-60 days of installation or initial start-up to confirm and activate full warranty coverage. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation shipped with the product or visit their website for the most current warranty terms and requirements. Processing Warranty Parts We facilitate warranty replacement parts for units bought through our website that are still under warranty. In certain cases, the failed part may need to be returned to us to process the warranty.
