Please understand that these items came off of used units and we always recommend replacing all wearable items during assembly. SHIPPING Our mission is to ship your item as safe and quick as possible. All items that are processed & paid for before 11am EST will ship same day, excluding holidays. Business hours listed below. We print shipping labels directly through PayPal, so please make sure your address is correct on your account before purchasing your item. We cannot and will not ship to Po Boxes. We use Priority Mail for small items and UPS & Fedex for most larger items. Overnight & Express shipping is available. You must call by 1 PM EST on Monday-Thursday or by 10 AM EST on Friday if you want express shipping, and we will be able to give you a quote on how much the express shipping will be. Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as soon as the item ships. To find your tracking number, click, My eBay, then select your purchase history. Cancelations If you placed an order and it is a used part you can message us to cancel anytime. If you placed a NEW PART order by mistake or you have changed your mind you have 15 minutes to cancel the order. Our warehouses work off of real time orders and we CANNOT cancel your order if it is a new part! In order to get a full refund on a new part you will need to wait for your item to arrive at your location and request a return thru eBay. Returns If you need to return an item due to: Not as described, Damaged or does not fit please contact us first so we can handle it appropriately. We will resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
