I have been taking this supplement for almost 2 months and it’s made a large difference. Highly recommended.. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for 4 months. I had to do special stretches & wear orthopedic shoes. That after a while hurt as well. After taking MoveMD for 1 week, I noticed the pain went from a 10 to a 5. I stopped needing to ice my foot at the end of the day just to have some sort of relief. On the 2nd week I put on my shoes & walked out the door. I had to stretch in order to be able to walk out the door with minimal pain. I’m now pain free. It’s amazing. But natural as well. I’m so grateful to this company. I have chronic arthritis of the shoulders and knees. I will eventually have to have them replaced. My shoulders were so bad I couldn’t raise my arms above my head.
