Nice real photo postcard. Lots of detail. Image was taken on opening day, July 21, 1952, at the International Ampitheater in Chicago. Huge crowd, state placards, and national television cameras on stand in middle of room (only the second national convention to be televised nationally). The Dems nominated Adlai Stevenson and John Sparkman, who lost to Eisenhower and Nixon in November. Card is postally unused with Kodak stamp box; light soiling and 3 lightly bumped corners and one with crease. NOTE 1: postcards, photos and most paper items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with sturdy packing. That allows me to get you a tracking number . Cost is usually around $4 plus or minus, depending on your distance from Zip Code 44224. I ship using the USPS-eBay calculated discount rate.
