1941 Columbia Pictures western starring Wild Bill Elliott who saves his friend Richard Fiske from a lynch mob, romances pretty Luana Walters, and has to battle recently released prisoner Dick Curtis who wants revenge for Bill putting him away years earlier. Great border art of Bill. Note that lobby cards from the original 1941 release seem to be extremely rare with only later re-releases being available.
