1850s manuscript stampless cover (envelope with no content); postmark reading up at left; addresed to St. Mary’s VA. Paid 3ct rate. No state designation but presumably the office in VA that operated Harrison County 1811/1884, Helbock R6, now part of WV. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
