As stated in the item condition, these batteries are being sold as used due to age. They are a couple years old; however, most of which have never been discharged. In my opinion the batteries are still in good shape. As seen in the third photo I attached battery capacity meter to test the capacity of a random battery (Discharge Rate 0.85-1.0 Amp). Cutoff Voltage @ 3.5Volts Battery Capacity is ~4150mAh Cutoff Voltage @ 3.0Volts Battery Capacity is ~6700mAh Cutoff Voltage @ 2.5Volts Did Not Test.
