Wanna get away? Ten 1-acre tracts in big sky country of west
Texas flat land in platted subdivision. Originally, I pictured having 10 mobile homes, each on their own acre and using them to create passive income. But I got busy with other projects. Meanwhile, you don’t find very many one acre tracts out here, especially
this affordable, so get them while you can. Getting land that you could actually live on for less than $1,000.00 an acre is getting real hard to find. This sale is for ten acres, or ten

plat block H of the Tierra Hermosa which to me is the best part of the subdivision. You will own lots 6 – 10 and lots 31 – 35 in the platted Tierra Hermosa subdivision. Tierra
Hermosa was platted in 1980 in Hupspeth County Texas. The recorded Plat may be
found in the plat locker of the Hudspeth County Clerk. A snip is pictured herein.
You’ll notice 60 foot wide roads and 10 foot utility easements. They did a good
job doing this. Note: there are dirt roads, but not asphalt paved roads out there. This is located

Texas Nearest town: The county seat, Sierra Blanca, Texas is about 10 – 12 miles from Tierra Hermosa (depending on how direct of a route you take). Documentation and Recording Fee: $149.00 covers everything Settling Up and Methods of Payment: The sales price of $8,995.00 for all ten acres plus $149.00
for doc prep and recording, total of $9,144.00 is all you will pay. Payment in
full due within 7 calendar days. Zelle or wire transfer preferred. Checks, money orders are OK. I could even accept one of those credit card advance checks you get in the mail. I would rather not do PayPal. Please do not buy it if you cannot
complete the deal within the week. Note: if you use a credit card, please know
that you will have no charge back rights – It’s a real estate transaction and recording of deeds require finality of settled payment, so by buying this property and paying
